Welcome to this historic house perched at the top of Grønnegata in Tromsø, offering breathtaking views that will leave you speechless! This house has previously belonged to the city's painters, merchants, and accountants. Arctic Homes is proud to announce that the house is now part of our portfolio.

This spacious home can accommodate up to 10 guests and spans two floors.

On the main floor, you'll find a newly renovated and modern kitchen from 2024, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and an upgraded bedroom. Sink into the comfortable sofa in the living room and enjoy views of the majestic Tromsø mountains and the Arctic Cathedral through the large windows.

The upper floor contains two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is spacious with two double beds and boasts a fantastic view of the city center, offering stunning sunsets. The second bedroom also features a double bed. In total, there are four double beds in the house, in addition to space for two people on the sofa bed.
